Team Check-In Notes:
- Rosters must be turned in prior to the 2nd game of the tournament. Once the roster is turned in, it’s official. Even if you turn the roster in before your first game, you CANNOT get the roster back to add players, so please make sure all players are listed correctly when handed in. A fillable roster is available on the link above and we prefer to have them typed so we can clearly read the names.
- RHA Membership are required for every player and coach. Memberships can be purchased online in advance. Please make sure membership numbers are listed on the roster. If a player does not have the membership prior, a weekend warrior form and membership will be required to be filled out and purchased at the tournament.
- If players are already on the NARCh POA List they do not need to provide additional proof of age. If players are not on the POA, proper POA is required.
- A yearly Waiver must be provided for each player. Since it’s the first event of the season, everyone is required to provide a waiver.
