Irvine Qualifier is SOLD OUT! If you're registered, please read!
If your team is registered to participate in the Irvine/Corona Qualifier on April 28th-May 1st, thank you! Please read this carefully and pass on! With 130 teams, it is going to be an amazing event, but not without challenges.
Due to the number of teams, this tournament is beyond SOLD OUT! Unfortunately, we’re turning teams away at this point, which we hate to do. We simply do not have the rink time to fit more games in.
Originally, we were hoping to maximize Irvine and use Corona a little for some overflow games. With the number of teams we have registered we are using the Corona Facility a lot more than originally expected. If you’re playing in the event, be prepared to play at both facilities.
Local youth teams (teams within an hour drive) please plan to start as early as Thursday at 3pm. Teams from Arizona, NorCal, San Diego, or somewhere else out of state, please be prepared to start early Friday Morning! All teams in 8u to 18u need to plan on missing school on Friday! Men’s and Women’s teams need to plan to start Friday Afternoon.
If your youth team is registered, and you have players that can’t miss school on Friday, please contact us in the next 24 hours and we will give you a refund. DO NOT keep your team entered if you cannot play on Friday! If you are light players and forfeit games, you will be completely forfeited out of the tournament and excluded from the NARCh FINALS.
When registering, If you chose to pay by Venmo later, please send the payment through Venmo to @Daryn-Goodwin in the next 48 hours.
If you are traveling from out of town, here are some great hotel options. Please get your room reserved right away, as hotels are selling out! Irvine Qualifier Host Hotels
