Tour Raw Steel wins Women's platinum
Tour Raw Steel defeats an excellent Revision team to win 2010 NARCh finals

The talent and the play in the women's platinum division was the best hockey you could get without going to an international event.

As the semi - finals began, the Bauer Anarchy would meet Revision and during the course of the game, it looked like Bauer would knock off Revision. Jumping out to a 2 - 0 lead, on goals by Laura Veheranta, Bauer would end up watching Revision score three unanswered goals to win the game and advance to the championship. Our other matchup pitted Tour Raw Steel against the ever talented and dangerous Mission Momentum. Raw Steel would prove to be to great an opponent for the Momentum as they knocked them out of the semi's to a 5 - 1 score.

With both teams evenly matched, Tour Raw Steel would face Revision for the 2010 NARCh women's platinum championship. Revision would score the first goal of the game as Catherine Santo would snipe early on goaltender Rachel Nguyen. Raw Steel gathered their composure and pressured Revision's defense to force a turnover and tie the game as Lauren Straus would score on a pass from Ariarie Yokoyama.

With both teams settling down and playing their games, we would end the first half with no further score. The second would begin and we'd have to wait almost ten minutes until Allie Era of Raw Steel would get the go ahead goal to make the game 2 - 1. Revision, became frustrated and tried to press harder to get the puck deeper into the Raw Steel end. As they did, Jackie Perez would gather the puck from Allie Era who again forced a turnover and beat Ja'nien Barber to the short side for the insurance goal and championship.

Our bronze medal would be awarded to the Bauer Anarchy who would defeat the Mission Momentum 8 - 3.
