It's flown by so fast that Pat and I had ordered chicken caesar salads and when we went to finally eat, our lettuce was wilted and soggy...
That's how busy it's been here and the hockey has had the crowd cheering loudly at times!!!
Congrats to the Tour Roadrunners '99 Black team who defeated the Tour Roadrunners 99 - 00 team in the atom championships! we also want to thank the Assault, Mavericks, Fox Chase Renegades and home rink Gladiators.
Our Top scorer was Michael Colella and top goalie Lenoard Schwartz
In the Mites it was Vio again as the Roadrunner's '97 black downed the Gladiators.
Our top goaltender was Diesel Pelke and High scorer Joe Pizzoulo
Squirts saw the Cougars over the home rink Gladiators in the championship game.
Our top goalie was Justin Keenan, high scorer (tied) Anthony Massimini and Joe Dangelantonio
In our peewee division we saw both gold and platinum champions crowned.
Platinum saw Black Ice over the Gladiators white 6 - 5, while gold had the Cougars over the Potomac Mavericks. Great to see the skill and talent levels in this division.
We are working our way through Bantams platinum and gold, midgets and men's. Stay tuned for more from the World's Greatest Roller hockey!!!!
