Broomall is on fire!!
Atoms lead fun day of hockey and NARCh atmosphere
|
It's a gorgeous day outside of the rink here in Broomall and our hockey has proven to us that no matter where you go, people are looking forward to San Jose. Brochures and flyers are being taken with great interest and the question, "can we take one?"...
Love to see the little ones (atoms) playing in such great numbers. Six teams are here and the fun is non stop..
After his first game, goalie for the Assault, Jeremy Connors was a little down with his team's performance, a bottle of powerade later, he was all smiles chasing a teammate around the Marple facility.
Jake and Tyler Pholig both had ear to ear grins after their first games. Both boys, covered in sweat, came over to check out the NARCh merchandise with words such as "sweet" and "cool".
It's great to see the little ones actively participate in the tourney and we hope that the numbers will continue to grow. As overheard by Noah Ehlers, " who do we play next?"...
Stay tuned as the World's Greatest Roller Hockey continues...
Notes******************
Best jersey at the tourney so far in my opinion is the Salsa I love the colors. DC Bullets are a close second, they look like the old school Washington Capitals.
Great to see Mark Hausman is doing fine after the Rahway tournament.
The Arena Sports cafe Pretzels are being sold like hotcakes!
