2:45 AM Wake Up Call?
The first full day on the east coast is a bit tough when you are from the Pacific Time Zone, but the energy in the building should keep our eyes open wide.

I should have had the wake up call set for 2:30 (I mean 5:30) instead of 5:45. We had to drive right by Starbucks to get to the rink half an hour before the first game, and boy, I could have used it! The rink coffee is hot, but... well...

This morning started off with a great game, 2 potential playoff teams battling in the Pee Wee Division. Cougars and Black Ice played a tight game. It was tied at 2 at the half, and the Cougars went up by one a couple minutes into the 2nd frame. Black Ice then stuffed a couple home, and rolled on to the 6-4 win. Maybe a rematch in the Pee Wee Final? The Jr. Gladiators may have something to say about that, as they won their game on the other rink this morning, 5-1.

Today will be an interesting one as 54 games will determine who is seeded in the playoffs. It should be a blast!
