Thankyou Narch!
| Thanks Narch, I had an amazing time at Narch Winternationals this year in irvine. Once again the tournament was top notch and I enjoyed myself tremendously. Cant wait for finals, I'm itching for gold!
I am a goalie for the RBK Patriots Bantam team, we play out of Silvercreek Sportsplex, home of Narch 2008. This weekend down at irvine I got a taste of whats to come. I played a couple games and had one of my best tourneys ever with a record of 3-0, including a shutout and a goals against average of 1.33. I took second place in bantam silver and had a good time supporting my team and playing some hockey.
This year has been a year of firsts for me. This is a new organization, a new coach, new teammates, a new rink, and for the first time I am sharing the net with another goalie. But I'll tell you one thing, this is not the first year I have dreamed of that shimmering Narch Gold. I wear a throat protector and I put a Narch bear mascot sticker on it a few years ago. And it remains there to this day because it is a reminder to me to work hard in every practice because that is what I am working for. Even when that throat protector broke I fixed it and still wear it, I keep it with me always. I hope this year is the year I get to raise that trophy over my head and look down at that sticker and say "Let's do that again."
Thankyou guys for a wonderful tournament and a wonderful organization. Thankyou for giving me a goal and thankyou for helping to promote this great sport so that it's future is bright. I am and will always be a faithful Narch supporter and fan.
