With teams participating in Atom, Mite, Squirt, Pee Wee, Bantam, Junior, D1, Women’s, Senior, 35 && Over, NARCh Pro, and College it is sure to be exciting. The College division features 12 teams from the Collegiate Roller Hockey League (CRHL). The defending Winternationals champion Spartans from Michigan State and the defending CRHL champions from RIT will be sure to give college roller hockey fans some great highlights. Also making the trip are the Buckeyes from Ohio State University to the Nittany Lions of Penn State. Be sure to make time to watch these terrific games.
For the first time in history, there will be many Women’s teams as there are Men’s teams. The Women’s division is split with 6 teams in Platinum and 6 teams in Gold and each will offer very close and truly exciting games. The Senior Men’s divisions will feature teams from as far as Texas, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and British Columbia.
NARCh Pro is set to display the finest roller hockey players in the world. With Team Hyper, Team Mission, Team Tour and the old-time favorites the CCM Hosers fans will be subjected to outstanding roller hockey. With players like Sutton, Yoder, Goodwin, and St. Cyr the teams will be packed with unbelievable talent. Don’t forget to look out for the 2-time defending Senior Platinum division champs the Nexed Canada Backhanders from Alberta. They could be the team to reckon with.
Please note that the top two teams in each division will receive Platinum Seeds to the 2002 NARCh Finals held later on this summer. Team rosters must be handed in at the time of team check-in. Please make sure that all players correctly complete their waivers and that they sign the team roster.
